They also can not shoot someone in the back Cops have to follow the rules set out by their employer just like everyone else, break the rules lose your job Brooks should not have resisted arrest. Brooks should not have stolen a weapon from the police. Brooks should not have run. Brooks should not have pointed a weapon at police. Brooks is the one at fault for his own death. I believe the officers did the only thing they knew. They were probably scared and then he pointed the taser at the officer. Yep lights out man! So the professionals who were lethally armed were scared of an impaired man who was running away? Now this brings into question the use of Tasers by police if they are so scared of them, and they are afraid they can be used to kill them, why are they calling them none lethal weapons? So that's what the laws are now, follow or die?
